Résidence Masséna Nice A/S is a Danish limited company based in Copenhagen, the office address of which is Hovedgaden 85, DK-3520 Farum, Denmark. The Nice apartments can be acquired by buying shares in the company, which is the registered owner of the entire unencumbered property 30, Rue Masséna, Nice. A block of shares of a certain size gives you a contract for unlimited right of use of a specified apartment each year. In addition, you get 5 years of membership of RCI. The shares are freely negotiable: by transferring them to children or grandchildren they also become an investment for future generations.
